We've been getting a lot of Combiner news from Japan recently with teases of Devastator and Defensor in just the last couple weeks... and now a tease for a fifth combiner set in Japan (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/japanese-transformers-40/unite-warriors-ultra-prime-teaser-182815/) - which looks like a release of the fourth wave of Hasbro combiners... (Ultra or Optimus) Prime with Autobot car limbs.

I imagine that we are getting a fair few Combiners from Japan close to each other at the end of the year, as these teases of Defensor, Devastator and this Autobot team were revealed so close together.

Interesting. Still not convinced I need this wave from Hasbro, as I've already got the characters in other forms, but after seeing the recent comic...

I wonder what decos, or even characters Takara are going to use here.

Will Takara be cartoon accurate and have Sideswipe, Windcharger and Jazz instead of Sunstreaker, Ironhide and Prowl?

Well I'm surprised. This team is complete Hasbro fiction so I was expecting Takara Tomy to skip them and go right to Bruticus.

That is a good question. I can see it being the case, but who would they use for Jazz?

That Prime looks way better than CW Prime.

That is a good question. I can see it being the case, but who would they use for Jazz?

Dead End with Streetwise's remoulded robot chest? The stunticon's vehicle looks a bit like Jazz's alt mode in the older IDW ongoing comic.
Definitely would need a new head though, none of the existing CW heads would be suitable. :p
