Mindnumbingly impressive (http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/705-53470-19255-0/1?type=2&campid=5336043815&toolid=10001&customid=&ext=140265476784&item=140265476784)

Uses the new Sunstreaker(s) and Prowl

Look at that BIN price! But yeah it looks great. Now there's a better variety of Classic cars I expect a few Stunticon teams will show up.

The custom heads are great, particularly on Drag Strip.

That is a thing of beauty! :)

With the right publicity, I can see that going for well over 4 figures...

That's impressive but not 4 grand impressive.

Very slick. I've been following this over at Radicons. Very quickly built too.

I don't understand why Hasbro keeps claiming that they don't want to do combiners any more because "It's too hard".

What Frenzy Rumble did is absolutely awesome and not overtly complex in design. In fact FR's custom is much more complex than what it would be for Hasbro from a design and production perspective as he had to ADAPT existing molds so that they can combine all by hand.

I think that its just Hasbro's mentality that a lights&sound box with arms and legs will sell better than a well designed figure.

Aye on that. Devastator is 100% better and I'm saying that as a bigger Menasor fan. Some of the bot modes in there are just plain meh.

Very impressive, and its over the $1000 mark already.

So its Cybertron Leader Prime, Classics Mirage, 2 Universe Sunstreaker/Sidewipe and a Universe Prowl?

I'd like to know what the 3 bonus items are too.

And Omega Supreme's feet?

I just don't get it. It's up to $3,500 AU. I wouldn't pay a hundred. (But then again, I just don't like or understand those sorts of things - I feel like they've taken existing Transformers and vandalised them. Surely that should devalue them, not make them ridiculously expensive. And how does the buyer know the gestalt is sturdy and will stay together properly? That said, I really like the Mirage in Drag Strip colours, and Breakdown looks okay.)

I really like his work... think that his custom bots are truly awesome and very inspiring.
IMO, his custom Transformers are way better than Jin's which are kinda overrated.

Did you happen to read over the questions (http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140265476784)? FrenzyRumble is actually kitbashing full-time now... (When your skills are that good & your work sells for that high an amount - Why not make it your full-time job? :))

I don't think its viable long term though. Eventually, the most popular ones will be done and there's only so much mileage he'll get out of these. And its not a professional career either so it'd never do me.

Looking at it again, it's very nice.

WOW! but only notice that the legs part seem spindly... a little top heavy? hopefully it doesnt fall over and balances well coz for the price its at right now, the buyer would be just banging his head if he ended up with a big combiner which he has to rest against a solid wall to stand up.
Wonder if these really look as good in person, coz those pics are so obviously photoshopped. Ive seen too many photoshopped pics from Hasbro only to be dissapointed by the end product.

What I'd luv to see is a kitbashed Dinobot combiner that actually looks good! :) (I've seen a couple of examples over the years based on this (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v162/Skegs/App0006smallest.jpg) but they just looked weird...)

& looking through FrenzyRumble's Flickr account, what about this commissioned Fort Max (http://www.flickr.com/photos/accardi1/page2/)? Bloody Awesome! :)

As said mentioned before, these photos are all obviously photoshopped so it's similar to what hasbro does, especially the "glowing" eyes. The actual finished product may not be what you expect. It would be much better if he took unedited pictures.

That Fort Max is friggin' terrific! Couldn't have imagined that it was originally a cybertron Metroplex!

I truly enjoy his work... the creativity and the paintjob's rather good but the prices they go for... whoa
