View Full Version : Q-Transformers second season of mini-videos

Apparently there will be another season (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/japanese-transformers-40/q-transformers-gets-a-second-season-182868/) of the youtube mini-videos for the Japanese Q-Transformers, starting from July 6th.
There were only 13 episodes in the first series, which only featured about half of the toys released so far, and since there are quite a few more Q-Transformers coming, we will probably see some of them featured next.

Images of three Decepticons that should be appearing in the second series of the cartoon - Starscream, Shockwave and Soundwave (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/japanese-transformers-40/update-on-characters-appearing-in-q-transformers-season-2-182891/) - which are coming later this year as toys.

Looks like Season two has already been released to youtube for a while now, as they already up to episode 4 (http://news.tfw2005.com/2015/07/27/q-transformers-episode-4-of-season-2-now-on-youtube-298826) (featuring Tracks... who we are still not sure is ever going to be released as a toy).

Episode 7 (https://youtu.be/o86NV0I6ztU)... after 20 episodes, we get have enough Decepticon Q-Transformers toys to have an episode that is finally all Decepticon, with Shockwave, Megatron, Starscream and Soundwave with Laserbeak (who transforms and pops in the front (hood/bonnet) of the car.

Artwork of a Q-Transformers Arcee has surfaced (http://news.tfw2005.com/2015/08/28/q-transformers-arcee-on-the-way-300495), for the cartoon, but might suggest a future QT toy of that character.
Emphasis on "might" because Ultra Magnus featured in one episode, and is still yet to show up as a toy.
Then again, the front of the Arcee "car" part looks a little like the upcoming Shockwave car front... so at least this one is possible as a redeco with new head and left hand.

If the second season is like the first, there are probably just two more episodes left.

Episode 12 has (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0vSPcqQXyQc&feature=youtu.be) the three Seekers with Optimus & Bumblebee, and looks to be promoting the various crossovers (Evas, Kitty & Snoopy).

I don't know yet if Season 2 will have 13 episodes like Season1, or if it will be longer.
