Still not due out until July 25th, but we get a heap of new photos (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/transformers-masterpiece-47/masterpiece-generation-2-bumblebee-new-images-182882/) of the Golden coloured Bumblebee toy from Weibo to drool over.

Comes with both alternate faces, and a Rocket Pack in place of the Exosuit (and it's slightly cheaper).

As much as i feel i can skip this one (also already missed the cheap preorders), I think i will just wait for a while to grab it just for the sake again of getting every Takara MP...is there a cure for the completist syndrome??? :confused:

yea same, the G2 bee was my first of that mold, I might have bought the pretender bee first but I certainly have a fair bit of nostalgia for the G2 minibots, also my first Beachcomber and seaspray

Ditto, he was my 1st iteration of the mold too (Same with Seaspray too if I recall correctly), will be nice to have a version where the paint wont (hopefully) flake away. ;)

Official Japanese release date is not till next weekend, guess the Asian versions got released early.

I was hoping I would have decided by now if I wanted just the one for my sealed MP collection or to get a second to open (for that face and jetpack)

It will be out in about a week in Japan so you may try your luck with HLJ again once on stock. Usually they open orders again 2days before release so check as early as 23rd

not too bad, i think. MP SS is only about a head taller than G1 OP, so size shouldn't be that much of an issue
