This just showed up out of the blue on Amazon, and is listed as an Exclusive, so might be an Amazon exclusive or another online exclusive that could show up elsewhere.
Optimus Prime as a tow-truck (http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-news/rescue-bots-43/transformers-rescue-bots-optimus-prime-tow-truck-figure-182971/), which is a redeco of the first series Hoist toy, with a new head.
I actually didn't recognise it, but someone on TFW was able to point it out, and it explains why it is at US$15 instead of at the current US$10 convertible RB toy price. The convertible toys in the first two years were slightly larger than the recent ones, and as such were priced higher.
It's amazing how different some toys can look with a completely different colour scheme and a new head.
