JP ToysRUs Geoffrey the Giraffe Optimus toy

This one is so left-field, it took me a moment to stop laughing.

One of the next batch of Japanese incentive freebie toys (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/tru-japan-exclusive-giraffe-optimus-and-other-exclusives-takara-ez-toys-revealed/33327/), will be a redeco of the Legion sized RID Optimus toy, painted in ToysRUs colours and given Giraffe detailing to mimic the store mascot animal.

The other two freebie incentive toys are basic translucent Sideswipe and Grimlock (further showing that the Legion class of RID is not going to be sold in Japan), and I imagine all three will be released next month, as they are being featured in the Figure King magazine with other July toys (like the TAV-21 Optimus).

I don't know whether to love the quirkiness of the Geoffrey Optimus or throw up violently over the insane and ridiculous colour scheme! I love collecting oddball Primes so I may have to try and hunt one of these guys down.

On the other hand TAV-21 is the first RID2015 Optimus I've looked at and thought "I must have it" so fingers crossed he will be available here in some way.

They showed these items briefly during the Tokyo TF Presentation and yet they only said they are July campaign toys with not much details...so Optimus is a TRU mascot deco

Geoffrey vaguely reminds me of that hideous rainbow coloured Robot Masters Convoy. How do I get a Geoffrey Optimus toy?

I wish that Sideswipe and Optimus Prime's stores were swapped... I'd like to see Geoffreymus Prime sold at Hakuhinkan since 'haku' can mean "vomit" in Japanese. ;) Good hunting for those of you trying to get one... otherwise you might be spewin' that you missed out. :p

If I could, I would grab the Toys R Us Optimus Prime and put him with my Lego Toys R Us.
I wonder if it's possible that Hasbro will release a Toys R Us Optimus deco, even if it's different to this one. I can see it now

It doesn't have to be all on a single TF, it's just up to that amount of TF products. So you could grab say two Deluxes and still qualify.
