Update: name and preorders (http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product.aspx?product=FPJ10050&mode=retail) have been released and he is now X10 instead of 9.
As for the name, looks like you take the 'II' and add them to the highlited 'n' and mix the words to make Highbrow.

This one seems to have changed quite a bit from their mockup last year. The tail isn't split, the weapons more detailed... canopy and front end changed too. I can't tell if the picture is a render or the real thing... it does look good still, but it looks like it has too many shades of grey and i preferred the brighter blue from the older mockup.

Alt-mode doesn't look too impressive (not a Highbrow fan), but it looks like there's something interesting going on with the leg transformation (despite Smart Robin and Sigma L has set a pretty high bar).
@kurdt: Pretty sure it's a render, judging from the simulated reflective surfaces, which I guess means this one will be a bit further down the line in terms of release dates compared to the rest of the line (or with LER?).

That video is for the original design when it was first revealed so I anticipate it will be a little different given the significant changes to the front and tail.
I much prefer their original design to this new one. I was definitely buying this before but now I'm a little put off... oh who am i kidding, I know I will still buy it...
Ninja edit: Although upon further review the changes may not actually impact the transformation concept too much at all.

Looks amazing. One of the purchases of the year potentially.

If it comes out this year, that's a big gamble sadly. :D

They've been pretty good with putting their foot on the Chinese factories up until now - if this was Toyworld, I'd expect April/May (pushed back until after the CNY celebrations) :p

Genuinely not excited about this.
I love FP's stuff, and I owned and loved Smart Robin, but this seems boring by comparison.
I say bring on Not-Apeface.
