This is the 2-foot Hero Millennium Falcon (http://www.starwars.com/news/presenting-hasbro-new-huge-millennium-falcon) sold at Toys'R'Us.
Ship is MIB. Box is a little worn from the store shelves. It has been opened to verify contents but the ship and sticker sheet are all there, as new.
