A few years back when Japan was releasing their short-lived, yet over-priced GT-R toyline (http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Transformers_GT:_Mission_GT-R_%28franchise%29), there was one toy that was given out free to kids who participated in an open day at some raceway in Japan. That toy was a redeco of EZ/Legends Prowl to look like a speedway safety car, and was called Safety Prime (http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Safety_Prime).

This year TakaraTomy have done up another freebie Transformers toy, for the same event, which it seems has already happened... so this toy was a bit of a surprise, and will once again have people hunting down a super-rare toy that will end up demanding hundreds of dollars from any collector who managed to find one. (I still haven't found Safety Prime at a decent price... I think the cheapest one I found on ebay was US$150.)

This year's freebie toy is a redeco of the Q-Transformers QT-09 Convoy toy (http://news.tfw2005.com/2015/08/27/takaratomy-qtransformers-qt-m-mahha-shaken-optimus-prime-300428), with a colour scheme and name that is said to relate to some sort of racing sponsor.
It looks nice, but again it will be a $10 toy that won't show up online by toy dealers for less than $100.
