This seems to have flown under the radar thanks to the big MP news this weekend, but at the same hobby show in Japan, Takara showed off a fully painted Dia Battles V2 prototype, and it looks great!

Apparently more info & preorders will open Oct 7. The price hasn't been said as yet, but it looks pretty large and with a premium paint job, my guess is they're looking to compete somewhat with Bandai's Soul of Chogokin line, so i'd expect it to cost upwards of 20,000Y (but I hope i'm way off :D)

Apologies since this isn't strictly TF (I wasn't sure which section to put it in)... but who here doesn't want to see this beauty!

Takara have been tweeting about it.

So so so so.... So bought

Since it is a (now distant) cousin of Transformers, I'll give it the weekend in the Transformers section... but will then move it to the "other toy news" section.

Oooh, pretty...

Just a thought @Griffin - it might be worth thinking about having a sub-forum for Diaclone stuff (old and new) given the historical links/significance of the line to TFs.

That will depend on the reception of the current news (or discussions about the vintage stuff). If we only have three or four people showing the interest to follow or buy these, there wouldn't be enough traffic to support a whole section on it.

I'm certainly interested. From what I've heard, the idea is to make toys of a similar quality to Masterpiece and the look of this guy is certainly more appealing to me than the recent glut of Masterpiece cars. The new figure looks good and I'll definitely be trying to get one. He can join MP Exkaiser as a non-TF MP.

This is my honest opinion of it, is a toy priced a bit too high for its class.
Feels very microman and I don't think 12,000jpy actually justify this piece and should be a lot under.

Not saying is not nice, just saying its probably priced a bit high for my liking.
btw masterpieces are not high quality at all and they are cheaper, consider this MP Ultra Magnus can be bought at under 14,000jpy so if you compare and contrast, this is off target.

Its the same price as MP Magnus. A similar size and does similar things. Not having it in hand to compare quality, I don't see how can say one is worth it and one not.

From the pics trent, my impression is that this is more a play toy than a masterpiece. Anyway, this were my opinions of it as "first impressions".
To me 12,000jpy for a toy like this feels a bit high considering no licensing is really involved? Is also hard to say it is similiar size, it looks to me to be smaller and probably size of soundwave or so.

I guess you could argue that Bandai's hi metal Armoured valk is at 9,500jpy and is pretty small as well, but thats diecast involved.

Maybe the box will say more about the toy.

Retail is cheaper than MP Shockwave and i think it's likely a similar size (basing off box dimensions on TakaraTomyMall). Though they've been known to mess those up. I think it has a lot of paint apps by comparison, probably more parts... from the prototype pics, it doesn't appear to have diecast... though i'd say at least the feet or main body joints would be likely. I think it's a decent price.

I think the box will set the tone of the toy whether TT regards this as a premium toy.

Again just first impressions here I can always be wrong.

My first impressions are that it's cheaper than I thought it'd be.

Taking into consideration the complexity of the design, all those vehicles that combine with each other as well as making the big robot, I think it's not so bad at all.

I'm probably not going to buy it, but the style certainly has me interested. I love the 80s future design aesthetic, so I'll probably keep an eye on what else they do.

Very nice imo. This Sunday I should have mine so expect piccies... here's hoping the quality holds up!

The grey one looks better imo.

I think is because of how TT has done the masterpiece line has people wondered about a quality toy product from this.
IMO it doesn't shout premium into people's faces and is one of those you will weigh up whether is worth paying that much for it.

No it's more likely that most people have no attachment to the original toy and thus no interest in this one.

I'm keen, purely because I'm a fan of all transforming robots. Hopefully my finances pan out and I can get this.

I'm pretty sure these guys were on show at the Shizuoka Hobby Show, so TT haven't forgotten about them completely!

Hopefully the QC is good, otherwise that's money down the crapper as I have the Moonbase Version on preorder.

Those in hand shots are way better than i can do today with my makeshift box, white paper and fluro-lighting, so i'll stick to text comments!

For starters, the box it comes in is really striking in person. It's not quite as big an MP Seeker box, but the cardboard is a nice solid type, not the corrugated style on MP boxes. First impression was lightweight though.

Opening the box i was surprised to see 2 booklets. One is an extensive manual (this guy has a LOT of modes!). The other is a 6 page story brochure with some great artwork and photography.

The toy itself isn't assembled into any one mode in box - it probably could have fit in a box half the size, typically! I can't recall if it's size was known previously, but i was a little surprised - smaller than i thought. I figured it'd be about MP-10 size, but it's closer to MP Ironhide. Not inherently bad, it actually feels a bit like a solid voyager of old in hand. And for me, it's actually perfect, cause until he gets some Diaclone brothers, i can display him next to my Soul of Chogokin Danguard Ace. It's also a decent comparison since they're priced similarly.

You can definitely see the difference of approach. SoC is packed with metal, painted virtually all over. Dia Battles is painted in a lot of spots (and it looks great where it is painted), but it's also bare plastic in a lot of spots too. Nevertheless, it manages to look really impressive regardless. Moulded detail aplenty, and yeah the bits that are painted were good choices. The only bit that stands out as bare plastic to me, are the tops of his thighs, which seem a slightly different shade of grey/silver to anywhere else. Since a lot of pieces connect into them though, it was probably the right decision. Honestly, for the price i'm more surprised that the SoC has the paint as opposed to Diabattles not having it. Bandai does an other-worldly job with paint!

As far as i can tell, he has no diecast either. It probably could have had some in the legs without compromising the various modes too - but apart from a lack of heft, i'd say it doesn't really need it. I don't think it's what they're going for - it's not so much a collector's piece but a high quality playable toy.

And yeap, very playable is what he is! Across the board he locks in solidly with big chunky connections and strong joints. No fear of breakage. He manages to look good in all of the modes too. Half the time you could forget the instructions altogether, and just move his pieces around to find something that you like! My favourite parts of the transformation are how his arms slide from one piece to another once they're connected, and - he has a mechanical head reveal! It works great and even the whirring sound seems fitting. I hope it stands the test of time though, since you wouldn't want any issues with his face and chest retraction.

Talking of his face, that's probably the most nicely painted element - very fine sharp lines of silver, red and metallic blue. The antenna are gold and look good, but they're a little too soft for my liking. Again with this you can see he's meant to be a playable toy. The head has an awesome chunk of light piping too.

He poses well - unhindered for the most part, since the wings can joint out of the way. Comes with a few different kinds of cannons/guns that just slide into place, and a sword to hold. A shame he doens't have a hand-held gun though. His fists are also non-poseable, with just a 5mm (i think) hole for the swords.

He comes with 4 Dia-naut figure which are positively tiny - about 3cm tall. They have lots of joints for the size and are sharply moulded and cleanly (albeit minimally) painted. For someone like me, who always wondered why the Dinobots had those compartments but nothing to put in them - it's nice to finally have some pilots!!

Could go on forever about the diff modes but will cut it short. Bottom line is, i'm happy with it. He looks great and is fun to play with. It could have been a bit cheaper (maybe quite a bit) - but i'm ok with it, as i do miss that feel of older TF voyagers and this hits the spot nicely. Actually, i might see how he looks with Galaxy Force Starscream just for kicks :) They probably should have just communicated a little better what they were aiming for with this line (maybe they did and none of us english speakers realised). But now we know, i'm looking forward to seeing what they come up with next, hoping it's maybe a little cheaper :)

TT seem to have gone silent on it too with no hint of any other releases yet :(I do want one myself, but it's a case of bad timing...I'm not sure how much longer I'll have a job here for, and if I pick it up and don't manage to sort a new job then it'll be money I need more urgently, plus another large-ish box for me to have to ship back to Oz.
For something that's not a priority so much as a 'that-looks-cool', it's a pass for now, and an "I-hope-I-find-a-cheap-second-hand-one-sometime" for the future.
I'm also a bit disappointed about the size - he's too small to work with my existing 'human'-y figures (mostly the Human Alliance scouts), or even the smaller Masterpiece scale. Fair enough, it works with the old Diaclone figures (and the cost would have been pretty horrible if it had been MP-compatible size), but it won't work with the Diaclone MP Ultra Magnus repaint.

Shame, 'cos it looks pretty cleverly-designed and fun.:(

Nice review Kurdt. I saw this guy in a shop and was checking out the box. It did feel a bit light, and after whats been said about the size, I am a bit torn. I kind of want one, but avoided it because I thought he'd be too big. But now I know he wouldn't, I feel its a bit pricey.

Hopefully I can pick up a cheap one later.

I really want some diaclone pilots too. I do hope they continue on. If they started with a cheaper toy, I'd deffos be up for snaggin one!

I think this piece clearly fits into the "only if" catgeory. And unless you have an attachment to it, it does not scream "You need to have one". Afraid this is one of those TT "test" projects like the initial Masterpiece "brave" toys.

Is overall very plastic for me for that price point. However, I actually feel it looks better finished than a Masterpiece TF at this point.

I might get it if there is a sale on this piece. :)

Yeah colour wise, he's got a lot more going on than MP Transformers - i mean that's mostly by source material design, so not exactly a fault of them. But for the amount of colour he's got and how it's broken up, it really manages to look very visually interesting all over, and in all modes. That said, even the subdued colour on the moonbase version looks great too. Probably a factor of the extensive moulded detail, again quite different from MPs of late.

For what it's worth, it's currently sold out everywhere I could check today.

I don't think it was ordered in huge numbers, but it's evidently popular enough to be worth it over here. Plenty of MP Ratchets and still at least one MP Shockwave, but only the demo toy (which looks really impressive, if a tad small) for Diabattles V2.

I never went close to seeing the original toys, but thought this would go great with my diaclone MP TFs - luckily I found one on ebay that hadn't been marked up significantly.

I can only concur with the reviews I've seen and read here - bloody fantastic and puts some aspects of the MP TF line to shame in terms of the level of detail (tiny magnets I the feet of the pilots!). So glad I got him. Highly recommended if you can find him!

Got Diabattles V2 last week and after someone asked me to take a few photos which turned into a review, I thought it was worth sharing the pseudo review I wound up doing here as alot of the modes and features don't seem to have gotten much coverage from what I've seen.

This is going to be pretty in depth - in fact it's turned into a photo review by stealth, but here goes.

A bit of history first.

Diabattles was originally a part of a toyline known as Diaclone, one of the 2 main toylines which Hasbro drew on when creating Transformers.

This is the original figure, produced back in 1980, the first non-base type converting robot in the line which would ultimately produce the figures which would later become Optimus Prime, the Seeker mould, the Autobot Car Moulds, Devastator, the Omnibots, the Dinobots, the Trianbots, Ultra Magnus and the Insecticons:

http://1501bc.com/pretf/pictures/diaclone_diabattles.jpg

Unfortunately when Transformers became the runaway hit, Takara reimported it, and sold it alongside Diaclone and the Micro Change line. However due to the brand confusion, Takara killed off the Diaclone and Microchange lines, incorporating all remaining unused designs into the Transformers line.

As much as many of us who have come to know and love the history of Transformers had wished otherwise, the line appeared all but dead and buried - never to be seen again in its own right.

Then at Wonderfest 2015, someone took a video of this on their phone (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8m4EdM5hDao).

Naturally it was a "shut up and take my money" moment for us. However to be honest, for me, for the most part it was more an interest thing from an historical perspective than "must have". Then it arrived in the mail earlier this week. When it arrived, I was getting excited - more excited than for the Masterpiece Ratchet figure that was coming in the same delivery. Poor Masterpiece Ratchet - a great figure, but it never stood a chance this time round in terms of being geeked out by it.

I had no idea what Takara had made and spectacular doesn't even begin to cover it.

To start off with, here are images of the front, back and sides of the box, as well as the insert. Nothing too out of the ordinary, but definitely what I'd associate more with a Soul of Chogokin release, which I'd be paying double the price for.

As well as the unexpected bonus of an 8 page side-story companion guide:

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Guidebook%20Page%201_zpspx513j1x .jpg

Now for surprise number 1, but before that, a bit of backstory. You know those cockpits in not only Optimus, the Decepticon Jets and the Autobot Cars, but also the Dinobots and Insecticons? They're remnants of the Diaclone design where the toys were piloted mecha which came with pilots (Dianauts), who looked like this and had 4 points of articulation - shoulder bend and hip bend:

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/DSC05030_zpsv9nuk5x4.jpg

The V2.0 Dianauts are about the same size and look like this:

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Dianauts_zpsrg9e0qsx.jpg

As you can see, they're about 2.8cm tall, so tiny (2.54cm=1 inch for the metrically challenged):

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Dianaut%20size_zpsig6oenpm.jpg

However what blew me away is that they managed to cram 5 points of articulation into them- ball jointed shoulders, elbow bend, ball jointed hips, knee bend and an ab crunch:

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Dianaut%20Poseability_zpsncmdsvl e.jpg

Yes, you read that correctly, they gave a 2.8cm figure, an ab crunch!

Of course that only the beginning of the surprises.

Much like the original, there are 3 vehicles:

- Battles01:

Battles01 also has interchangeable weapons, but I'll get to that later on.

And with the press of a button:

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Battles03%20release%20button_zps yz7vx6vk.jpg

As with Battles02, the cockpit for Battles03 is also a mini-jet capable of detaching from Battles03 and operating independently from it:

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Battles03%20minijet%20flying%20s ide_zps8mpnindm.jpg

It has articulated landing gear, which includes transforming wings:

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Battles03%20minijet%20landed%20f ront_zpsu2oddgmz.jpg

It can also dock with Battles02:

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Battles03%20minijet%20docked%20f ront_zpsbwz4ailu.jpg

And combine with the minijet from Battles02 to form the Bullet Fighter:

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Bullet%20Fighter_zpsfhogaivl.jpg

It also has another surprise in the hidden rear cargo bay:

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Battles03%20minijet%20cargo%20ba y_zps7inmwdyz.jpg

The Road-Viper (anyone else thinking "TETSUO"?):

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Road%20Viper%20Size_zps1mrggc8n. jpg

Able to be ridden by a Dia-naut:

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Road%20Viper%20Ridden_zpsdfvhlga v.jpg

I could transform him into a Robot, but let's same that for last. For now, here's every other combined form, first starting with Hopper mode, a combination of Battles01 and Battles03:

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Hopper%20Mode%20Front_zps9dcsgjc t.jpg

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Hopper%20Mode%20Side_zpsskmugmsw .jpg

Hopper mode is also able to convert to Crawler Mode- without changing combination:

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Crawler%20Mode%20Front_zpshrdqzl uj.jpg

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Crawler%20Mode%20Side_zpsvdezfye j.jpg

Then there's Glide mode, a combination of Battles02 and Battles03:

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Glide%20Mode%20Front_zpsqs2d3vy8 .jpg

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Glide%20Mode%20Side_zpsjqndgylo. jpg

Which when docked with the minijet of Battles03, becomes Fortress Mode:

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Fortress%20Mode%20Front_zpssdas1 s3r.jpg

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Fortress%20Mode%20Side_zpslymxqc mh.jpg

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Fortress%20Mode%20Top_zpso4whzbd n.jpg

When Fortress mode combines with Battle01 by way of the undercarriage on Battles01 being on a swivel joint, it becomes Battles Triser:

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Battles%20Triser%20Front_zpswmxa ym29.jpg

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Battles%20Triser%20Side_zpsvwv3k ldj.jpg

Which looks even more impressive when you attach different blasters into his top hardpoints:

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Battles%20Triser%20Cannons%20Fro nt_zpswbnzhex7.jpg

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Battles%20Triser%20Cannons%20Sid e_zpssh5yik3n.jpg

But of course, back to the main event, Scramble Mode, a Combination of Battles01, Battles02 and Battles03:

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Scramble%20Mode%20Front_zpsptyuk lgb.jpg

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Scramble%20Mode%20Side_zpskgmawr qn.jpg

Which converts to Manual Mode:

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Manual%20Mode%20Front_zpsctpgxf0 v.jpg

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Manual%20Mode%20Side_zpsj2ufztwv .jpg

And then finally Diabattles V2 Mode (almost):

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Robot%20Mode%20almost_zpsa8j1jhc n.jpg

The only step remaining, is to press this button:

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Robot%20Mode%20button_zpsyngos9i y.jpg

Which in a real love letter to the Super Robot anime genre, triggers this gimmick (http://vid1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/gimmick_zps5uzjmizp.mp4).

Revealing the fully converted robot mode, ready for action:

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Robot%20Mode_zpse2r2ie4y.jpg

It's shoulder cannons can be swapped out to something a little more hot-blooded:

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Robot%20Mode%20Magnums_zpszpw8nj 6j.jpg

Or in true Super Robot tradition, swords:

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Robot%20Mode%20Swords_zpsw7ynxo5 f.jpg

Which can be sheathed in hard points that can be attached to the inside of the thrusters on Battles 02:

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Hardpoint%20Sheathes_zpsvg3scrqu .jpg

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Diabattles%20v2%20Swords%20Loaded_zpsucyrxtub.jpg

One final feature of note - the stickers (4 black chevrons on yellow). Where most stickers are thin pieces of paper, these were on thick cardboard mounted with double sided tape - a massive improvement on the norm in terms of durability, as seen by the empty sticker sheet:

http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o528/80stoysdownunder/Diabattles%20V2/Sticker%20sheet_zpsqr3xffav.jpg

I'll admit, this guy wasn't cheap with a recommended retail of 15,000 Yen (1 Yen is the equivalent of 1 cent) but he's absolutely worth every cent I spent on him. Best toy of the year to date and unlikely to be topped between now and December. I only have 1 regret - that I'm now hooked on this line, which wont be kind to my wallet at all.

Coloured images (http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product.aspx?product=TAK12395&mode=retail) and preorder of the Powered-Suit is now available on BBTS.

They also have a set of 8 Dia-naut pilots (http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product.aspx?product=TAK12394&mode=retail) up for preorder.

The inclusion of pilot figures in this line and Titans Return is really tempting me to break my MISB rule. :)

$39.99 USD ... for 5cm Powered Suits... ehhh.
Same price for 8 Dia-Naughts.... even bigger ehhhhhh.
Only way i'll be getting any of that is if the Yen price is considerably cheaper.

Tomorrow should bring that news, since they'll be at Wonderfest, along with Big Powered. Also looks like Dia-Battles V2 was a success for them - they're doing another 1000 run of the Lunar Base version.

By the looks of it, PC were the first to list it, then BBTS (http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product.aspx?product=TAK12426&mode=retail) after.

Now Robot Kingdom (http://www.robotkingdom.com/takaradiaclonev2cmt.html) have listed it as well.

They do look really fun to fiddle with. Sad about the pricing, but luckily I have the poor man's version (Titans Return line :p) to keep me preoccupied. Hope TT continues to release for the Diaclone line.

I know how I want to react on here with how much of a thing of beauty Big Powered is. I also know that the profanities that would require and the images of not only forcing HLJ to take my money right now, but of the factory being forced to make it right now, would likely see me copping one hell of a warning - if not an outright banning. :D

Just got my 2 copies of Diaclone World fron HLJ today. The book is absolutely amazing - going through the current releases and their protos and concept sketches, as well as the same with the vintage line - along with several pages of text I will need to learn Japanese so I can read :P. The DVD was 99% of the way to being perfect, including modern promos for the current line and a stack of vintage Diaclone commercials (although by the 4th variant of the Gats Blocker commercial I was starting to wish that maybe it wasn't quite so thorough on the vintage side of things).

Only a couple of things with the book and the DVD. Firstly, I have to say that the old saying of "ignorance is bliss", has something to it. I was initially blown away by how original Big Powered 2.0 was - to the point of even the trailers turning into mini bases. Turns out thatit wasn't an original idea, but rather then reusing the design of an unreleased proto of a futuristic truck which turned into a mobile command centre. So on one hand I'm even more impressed with the 80s designs and on the other hand, Big Powered 2.0 isn't quite as original as it could have been.

My only real complaint is with the DVD and in terms of the new promo videos. While it included a few of the new promo videos, the original Diabattles 2.0 video and the Big Powered 2.0 video. Considering how comprehensive the whole thing is meant to be, it would have been nice had they been included.

Excellent, I look forward to receiving my copy from HLJ, together with another book called 'Takara SF Land Evolution (https://hlj.com/product/FTB31242)'. I have no idea what the latter is about as I don't read Japanese ('SF' for Science Fiction:confused:), but hopefully not too much duplicated material between the two books.

Interesting. It'll be interesting to see what they do to Warudaros.

Well that’s the way to do it. If you’re worried about the bad guys not selling well, only make one figure but make it a combining troop builder.

Interesting approach to Battle Buffalo - I honestly thought that design was too "out there" to get a 2.0 release as it's arguably one of the furthest from the 2.0 design aesthetic.

Really starting to feel like they're milking the powered suits way too much though.
