Picked this up today - an upscaled deluxe Lockdown. The quality is very good; none of the usual KO plastic feel. It also came with a similarly scaled gun that fits over the head, and an alternate helmeted head.

I didn't have an evasion mode Optimus handy to compare. The one I have has been upgraded to Ginrai but I think this pic is a good enough comparison.

I had tweaked my official Lockdown to be a smidge taller, but there is still a huge size difference.
