I could be wrong, but I was under the impression that the one at the Sunshine Coast was only meant to be for Christmas last year, but it is still there... so if that's true, maybe it's like a trial, and if it is sustainable, it becomes permanent.

it may have been last Christmas or the one before, but they had one at the markets on Orange Grove Rd, Liverpool

I'll probably check out the store on the 18th, as that will be the next time I'll be in Burwood after the store opens (as it is on my way between the City and Parramatta)
