New JP Devastator toy images

It is still almost two months away (if it doesn't get delayed), and with the old news topic (http://www.otca.com.au/boards/showthread.php?t=20831) being three months ago, I figured this could get a new topic as more finished-product images will probably be more frequent in these last two weeks.

TFYuki has tweeted images (http://news.tfw2005.com/2015/11/06/new-pics-of-unite-warriors-constructicons-304994) of the six Constructicons in robot mode, showing us the colour differences, new weapons and remoulded parts (like elbows).

Unite Warriors Devastator is currently scheduled for release on December 31st in Japan.

I was fairly disappointed with missing out on Devvy at Big W earlier in the year but now am happy due the Tak/Tom upgrades to what will be a glorious piece to add to the collection

I just thought I couldn't go wrong with buying it at only $210 at Premium collectables. With the extra perks at like just $15 more, it was no brainer for me.

Takara Tomy Mall lists the box size as W530 x H355 x D125 mm so I think it is in alt mode just like Hasbro. We should be seeing some box images soon since it is only a month away from release :D

A bit OT. But those who are getting the Takara version. Will you also be getting the 3rd party addons from PE?
I'm waiting to see reviews of the kit before diving in.

It's best to ask in the 3P section of the board, in case it starts up discussion (which will then force us to move it anyway), and because 3P fans are more likely to see your question.

^that ends the speculation on packaging. Same as Hasbro style just some variation on the artwork infront of the box. I was hoping for a window type though so I can keep em MISB but well I dont think I can keep him prisoner of that box since I bought already a cabinet from IKEA big enough for him (them) :D

Hmmm... So UW Devastator doesn't have the bookstyle box like UW Superion or Menasor. That's a tad disappointing.

The same online site also mentions this (:D if true).

Devastator is to be released at the middle of next month.

I might already have two versions of Devastator, but there is just something about seeing those pictures just makes me excited to get the Japanese version.

Me too. Even had the Hasbro on layby and while everyone else seemed to get theirs there were none in sight.

FYI- Just got a notification from NY that the release date has been brought forward to 12 Dec from 31 Dec. Won't matter to me because I've grouped it with Road Rage that comes out late Dec.

Defensor is being released on Dec 12 as per TakaraTomyMall. So they are both coming out on the same day, you should have both by Christmas if you EMS them.

haha, I'm out of town for Christmas, probably leaving the week my robotkingdom order with Defensor might turn up, with my Premium Collectables UW Devastator probably going to turn up in the first week of january

Looks like I'm going to have a whole lot of transformers awesome turn up in time for my birthday in the new year. sweet.


I'm pretty pumped for this devastator. I'm a bit over all the tease pictures, as nice as they are to look at they feel redundant when I know I have the sucka paid for and will be receiving it as soon as it becomes available.
