Not sure if this is new, but I'm noting this here as it popped up in an email from Target today - free home delivery for purchases over $39 (http://www.target.com.au/modal/payment-delivery)... which is pretty good as it doesn't take much to get to $40.
(there are conditions noted at that link, and oversized items still attract a delivery fee)
Judging by the delivery table, everything must come from a Melbourne warehouse, so orders will be quicker if you live in Melbourne, compared to other locations.
Unfortunately for Transformers, there is only one item currently listed on their website (http://www.target.com.au/b/transformers) (the $8 Legends)... so unless you order 5 of them (which will be picked at random), this free shipping offer is probably best used on other items.
