Found this on one of the posts on a group about Hasbro wanting to ask fans for their next titan to be produced into a toy.
Here are the candidates.

What is the source of the image, so that we can see if it is legit or another fake image that's shown up on weibo lately.
A couple weeks ago there were some fake combiner Terrorcon images that were done up to look like it was from a Hasbro presentation.... and this doesn't have anything official or Hasbro written on it.

I think overall he'd make a much for interactive playset as well, beyond being a counterpart to Metroplex has a bit of interaction with the Aerialbots (runways) and the Protectobots (ramps/roads).

Trypticon would be good for some Combaticon and Stunticon love, and an overall big presence for the 86 Decepticons (along with Galvatron).

It's pretty tough to create a scene with just Metroplex with the Decepticons not getting their faces smushed in.

Ooh exciting. In a vacuum big Omega is my favourite Titan Transformer so I would vote for him. But given we already have Metroplex and Fort Max is on the way I'd have to pick Trypticon to balance it out.

I honestly still think that the original BW toys are so awesome that they don't really need Classicsverse upgrades. I have yet to come across a single CHUGUR Beast Era figure that I felt was comparatively superior to the original.

Just my opinions...
* Universe Cheetor = original is better, not a fan of this toy
* Universe Dinobot = original is better, not a fan of this toy
* Generations Waspinator = yes, the robot mode is clearly inspired by the show mode, but the original is still better. No unsightly gap in beast mode, and the robot hands are relatively better hidden. Gen Waspy does have a cool flapping wing gimmick, although sacrifices the missile launcher gimmick.
* Generations Rhinox = a very nice toy, but bear in mind that it's a Voyager whereas the original's a smaller/cheaper Deluxe. And you can't blame the original for not having chain guns, because the show didn't exist when this toy was made. I regard both toys as being equal, relative to their size class.
* Generations Tankor = not a bad toy, but the original Mega figure is definitely better. I don't really care about show likeness all that much, but the Basic Class Tank Drone was more show accurate than this toy.

And this isn't a criticism towards the designs of the CHUGUR BW toys, but rather just indicative of how awesome and ahead of their time the original BW TFs were. They just haven't dated nearly as much as G1 has. One thing I enjoy about going back and playing w/ my BW figures today is seeing certain design elements which have even carried over into MP toys today. :D BW really was the birth of the modern Transformers action figure.

Metroplex himself was a Titan, so I'm guessing it would refer to the size class more here, but it fits in with the theme.

I'm a member of that FB group and I am not entirely sure this image is legit.

People are saying it is coming from a Hasbro worker in China but I am ever the sceptic with these things... for a start, why would CHINA be delivering this marketing campaign? Wouldn't it come from Hasbro US?

Whilst the boys in HK-TF are pretty good blokes and post some AMAZING shots of their stuff until I see this come through an official site I'm not going to get too excited...

Chances of the vote being rigged anyway? Quite high, because Trypticon and Omega Supreme aren't Headmasters but Scorponok is, and that seems to be the major theme, so much so that Hasbro have taken the iconic PM Prime and turned him into HM Prime.

Trypticon is overdue. We've had Metroplex for ages without anyone to fight. Devastator is big, but he at least can face YOTS Omega Supreme as well as a plethora of regular Autobots. I feel he'd come as more important, with Galvatron and all these 86 guys apparently coming.

Oh please. If history didn't matter, you'd be voting on Bob the Dinosaur, Billy the Scorpion or Sam the Spaceship. Making any of them a headmaster wouldn't be ignoring history, it'd be adding to it. Respecting history means we get remakes of those characters but it doesn't mean they have to be slavishly like they were in Geewun. Besides, Omega Supreme has already been done as a Headmaster.

The thing that I have with retconning G1 characters as all being a certain sub-class, such as Gestalts or Headmasters, is that it makes that sub-class feel less special. This is why the Optimus Maximus gestalt team doesn't interest me. Similarly if they're going to start making non-Headmasters into Headmasters, then being a Headmaster in the first place is going to feel less special to me. It's reminiscent of Syndrome's plan in The Incredibles; he wanted to make it possible for everyone to be special, to be a superhero -- because, "...when everyone's super... no one will be."

Energon Omega is a Headmaster so there is basis for it
Yes, but Energon Omega Supreme is a completely different character from G1 Omega Supreme. But I take your point that they could develop the one base mould to service both versions of the character to make more money off it. Also, having a removable head may also be advantageous if they ever do a GADEP/Guardian Robot repaint, as people can recreate the headless Guardian Robot resurrected by Shockwave in the G1 episode, War Dawn. But I don't know how much market appeal these redecoes would have. G1 eHobby GADEP was reportedly a shelf-warmer and was later sold at reduced prices. :o

Personally I would like to see Omega Supreme but at the moment on various forums I'm seeing an overwhelming response wanting Trypticon. Thing is - I love the Platinum Edition Trypticon I already have and he's a recent release... unless it is Optimus why would you re-release the same character so soon?
Skorponok would probably be more logical as you get a nice big bad guy and I don't think he's been done recently has he?

Having said that I hope they eventually release all 4 so we have titans from both sides to be able to battle things out... i LOVE these giant sized transformers. The only problem is I live in an apartment and space is quickly going to become an issue (since "my son" will NEED all of these regardless of who is released ;))

I agree with this heartily. I am yet to nab me a Tryppyticon yet, but do plan on doing so. Scorpy would be #1, Tryppy #2 and Omega #3.

Unless it was Animated style Omega Supreme in which case OMEGA!!!

I could Handle Tryppy being a head master, because his head kind of looks a bit like a space ship anyway.

While I can understand Gok's feelings, I think the HM gimmick as a line being used is cool, as it's not like they are going to make every TF toy from now until the end of the world a HM. It's just this series. It's kind of like they are just a larger sub-group selection than before.

If they ever did do Trypticon as a headmaster.... I wonder how... they'd prolly use Full Tilt but then he would be left with no assistant of sorts in dinosaur mode(not that he needs one ;P) to battle against Scamper... although they could just selectively pair him up as well with a random micromaster of sorts ( as city caretaker role...

I already own the YOTS Omega, even though he's shorter now compared to CW Devastator, he's going to be his match in my collection... unless they come up with a much better and new mould. Coz, for all the niceness the YOTS mould has it's still not the OMega Base and rocket I'd like... it's more of Starblazer and Starlight express mashed into one, good but still not quite there...

So for me it's

Trypticon #1
Scorponok #2
Omega Supreme #3

I would be very surprised if this results in a new Titan sized Transformers toy that wasn't already intended (in the works).

Their first fan-vote toy was a Deluxe (Windblade), which was short packed and didn't become a highly sought after toy.

Their second fan-vote toy was a Combiner (Victorion), which isn't generating much enthusiasm in the fandom, to the point of it almost being forgotten before it has even been released.

This third one is at least an existing character that would be more exciting, but the people at Hasbro must be thinking that these fan-votes are a waste of their time... and would be too risky to gamble a Titan on it.

I think Scorponok would probably be the easiest to (re)work from the Metroplex mould... but since it is a public vote on facebook, I don't think it will be possible to rig the vote.

Hope we don't get another metro-clone honestly, but the IDW comics pratically show that Titans looks so similar .
Also I saw the FB page promoting scoropnok before, but of course they would have to have a good concept on how to do each of these characters by now so I'd expect these to all make an appearance later. And personally I'd hope tripticon gets the Titan treatment

SCORPONOK. No contest.

Trypticon just had a re-issue so he can sod off. Omega Supreme is great but ol' Scorps just owns him in the coolness dept. Plus, the original Scorponok is one of the greatest Transformers of all time. Anyone who thinks otherwise needs to take a good hard look at themselves and question their grip on reality. Hence, he has already proven his RIGHT to a 21st Century update.

However, as has been pointed out, Hasbro have in no way committed to making the winner of this vote into the next Titan Class toy. They are simply asking who we think deserves to be made into the next toy. There is a clear distinction.

They're obviously planning a new release after Fort Max and they'd be daft to ignore the fan vote. Sure, they haven't said explicitly that the winner will get made but it's strongly implied (and TFW2005 definitely seem to think it will be released "later in 2016").

I voted Scorponok, but it looks to me like Trypticon is winning, and I'm okay with that. Omega Supreme would be a massive disappointment considering there was a very good Platinum Series release a couple of years ago that captured the character excellently. On the other hand choosing between Trypticon and Scorponok is trickier - Trypticon just got reissued, but Scorponok had a more than satisfactory release as an exclusive just recently. A modern update of either which fully captures their essence as a citybot would be most welcome.

We need both OF both - WFC/FOC AND G1 styled Trypticons and Omega Supremes :D

ooooh kinda like what they hinted on TF Prime when Megatron's Nemesis ship became self aware... I like that, then they can continue on making an OMega Supreme in to an Ark altmode figure - kinda like what they have on TF animated....

Guess is a save for me as I am only interested in omega.
Tripticon is okay probably better than fort max as I have no interest in fort.

I voted for him so I'm happy. Hope the others are made though too.

did it say when you voted how many votes there were altogether? or just a %?
