These are said to be scans from the newest Generations book that came out last week, showing us a heap of images of the next few Masterpiece toys from Japan (http://news.tfw2005.com/2015/11/20/new-images-masterpiece-shockwave-ironhide-hot-rod-new-generations-book-305739) - Ironhide, Hot Rodimus and Laserwave.

Some very nice images, including some transformations and sketches.... teasing us with months of waiting for these.

I don't mind either. As long as is purple, I am fine if they want a darker or lighter tone. Though some will have their preferences. I mean seriously if you put both boxes in front of me to choose one, I actually won't really know which one to take.

Hod Rods transformation actually looks easy and fun :D Rather than hoping his ankles won't pop off etc :p

Darker shockwave not sure which one is the final.

The darker one is the original G1 Shockwave, the comparison of the two is amazing. Just shows how good the original is :)

I want to get my hands on Ironhide. While I'll probably complain that he is too complex when I get him, the pictures are making want to see what they did to make him a reality. I feel like a cartoon accurate Ironhide is a hard thing to pull off.

Wow, you're right! They look so similar, which I suppose is a testament to both the original and MP figure.
