Hmmmm, not sure. If it is, that's an awesome price. Though the lack of feedback giving is a bit on a concern.

Most likely they aren't KOs as in they won't ship the item you bought to you but you may get something odd instead like a Santa Hat.

Well if someone falls for it the guy can get into trouble if it claims he is legit selling transformers and gives you something else. If you bought a box and it said so that it was a box, you didn't get scammed, you clearly didn't read the description, or the title

I know a few places where you can get these figures (the real ones) quite cheap but not that cheap...

Both CW UM and SDCC Devi are very common here in HK but even on sale they aren't that cheap.
I would be very wary and suspicious.
