Looks MP scaled, but not confirmed.

Is this meant to be the actual prototype of the Toy Mecha Ramjet, or is it a different one?

Yeah I'm really not feeling the official MP Ramjet, even though I'm 99% sure I'd display in jet anyway, and really want Thrust and Dirge especially... This has got my attention and Toyworld might be the way to go. Looking forward to seeing their coloured alt mode.

Wow. The first time I may be seriously tempted to get a third party MP over an official.

Also wonder how these would compare to the Toy Mecha brand Ramjet.

Photobucket isn't working, but those with Facebook may have seen the comparison photo with Acid Storm. He's at least a head taller [not including the cone piece]

I think some people have felt the MP Seekers have been a bit too small, and should be equal to Optimus and Megatron in height. This is one possible fix, but so the obsessive, it may mean rebuying every MP Seeker from Toyworld so they all match.

Hmm this is a conundrum, if the jet mode scales the same, I'd buy it to display in jet anyway, but if i was to display them in robot it'd have to be a seperate shelf to the others >_<
My current shelf will remain with apollyon, quakewave, soundwave and the 3 main seekers, was going to have menasor and bruticus behind and fanstoys spotter and insecticons in the front on either side, but with the nearing release of Ramjet, and now the reveal of these I'm planning to mount the 3 coneheads in jet mode behind the others, like how they are packaged in the platinum pack.

They still making this?
With MP Ramjet coming out has this put their plans on hold?

ToyWorld's Ramjet was announced about 3 months after Takara's MP-11NR Ramjet. :)

The part that I'm confused about is that there has been no news for such a long time. For some reason I've been under the impression that it was announced before the MP--11NR.

It was announced after MP Ramjet. And welcome to the world of third party. Look at some of the threads on TFW for when the figure first gets announced to when it actually gets released. Sometimes it is literally years. This probably won't be out until second half of the year.

Thats kind of a bad marketing move...going with the 'just a little higher than MP scale' scale
Not going to put off any OCD fanboys at all doing that
