The annual American Toyfair, starts Saturday Afternoon in New York (http://bwtf.com/news/toyfair2016-advance), with a Transformers/Hasbro presentation taking place at a time that is 5.30am Sunday morning for those Australians living in the Daylight Saving Eastern States of this country.
With all the exciting new reveals expected (that haven't already been leaked), I'm sure some will be up early to get first looks at photos and information as they are tweeted, facebooked and posted to various American fansites... with the rest waking up to a bucketload of news on Sunday Morning.
I'm sure we'll have several news posts running here of the really exciting stuff, started by those keen enough to get up that early... and then after the Toyfair weekend is over, I'll update the 2016 Transformers Checklist (http://www.otca.com.au/boards/showthread.php?t=22321) and post up a full rundown of all the new toys and info.
What do you expect to see, and what do you hope to see?

That would be sweet. Also looking forward to Fort Max and Computron (though I will get the Unite Warriors version).

I'm reasonably keen to see what they have this time. Combiner wars didn't do it for me owing to all the limb robots being just to similar and compromised, but hoping to see some cool new TF's who work as stand alone toys this time.
Like many I would like to see an affordable MP Skywarp re-release.

Not enough time to book flights & accommodation. :(

Remember Takara Tomy (Tomy) don't show Transformers at the NY Toy Fair so no MP-11 reissue. Hasbro might show off some repaints of Takara Tomy's MP moulds tho. You might get Takara Tomy news via way of Harbro Hong Kong or Hasbro Australia at the Hong Kong and Australia Toy Fairs.
This is why I always jump on preorders for everything I want when it comes to toys, while I don't get clearance pricing, I don't miss out on the toy either.

No but Seibertron's pictures are much cheaper than flights and accommodations. You know Ryan will have great access since Seibertron is practically a Hasbro house organ.

I'd be surprised if there is more than a two Masterpiece toys announced, and Bumblebee is one that is already listed in an American retailer's computer. Hasbro has just been really pulling back on their releases of Masterpiece toys lately. We are only seeing 2 or 3 a year from Hasbro (compared to about 15 new, redeco and reissues from Japan), and last year appeared to have Sideswipe cancelled... leaving us with just Bluestreak (same deco as the JP version) and Starscream (a character we've had before from Hasbro).

I use natural flow of events, in which every year a decepticon mp seeker makes it to the shelf. Is only logical it will be the remaining two seekers they are yet to release. I do feel that hasbro has not been pulling their weight on their MPs
Kinda of sad as I would have expected them to do a Optimus again in a tru box version.

I am excited to see good clear images (all modes) of Fort Max, PM Optimus. Prime, and hopefully Astrotrain.
Good pics of the retooling for CW Computron parts.
Wishfully hoping to see a toy coloured MP Ultra Magnus.

Hoping for CW Abominus and Predaking but it's highly unlikely. :(
