Commander Cody Variant

Hey guys.

I've been hunting lately and passing the big "CLONE WARS" sections, and strangely enough, I've been seeing the Commander Cody Transformers Crossover in a Star Wars Clone Wars packaging rather than the Transformers Star Wars Packaging.

I'm assuming this is just a variant? Nothing different about the figure? Thought about picking it up cheap at Target.

yeap..just the same figure/toy in a different packaging.
it also doesnt come with the mecha (pilot) figure

To put it bluntly, Hasbro decided to ride the Clone Wars wave and repackage the SWTFs as 'Clone Wars' so they'd actually move, instead of shelfwarm like they've been doing for a while.
