A couple I couldn't get, and a couple that fit - but I'm not sure are right.
Full disclosure: I cheated a little and had to look up the comic and RID centric questions :p

22 down has me stumped though. But I suspect its a trick question rather than asking for simply a "red Turbomaster" ;)

Looking forward to seeing the answers to see how I did :D

Looks like the computer generator got it wrong. It's a five letter word, not six. Jeez can't trust machines to get anything right ;p
