With great sadness, I need to sell my entire collection, a 31 year accumulation from G1 right through to combiner wars stuff.

My question is, can anyone recommend or does anyone know a person or place that could come and value my collection so I can get a rough asking price? I'll likely get a price from tfsource.com once I've gotten around to writing a list of everything, but I'd like a more local opinion first. Where do I even look?

I'm in outer northern Brisbane. Thanks in advance.

Some of the long-time members up in Brisbane, like Griffin, would have a better idea of what around in your neck of the woods. However I unfortunately think that there's not really a specialist buyer in Australia that would know what to be offering for a collection that size.

You sound keen to sell in a big lot, which is understandable from a time and energy perspective, but honestly you will probably be better off selling figures individually.

Megatran and Starscream77 have done something of that scale recently so might be able to give you one pointers / advice.

Hope you can give members first shot at the sale. :)

It will be time consuming.

I second that notion. I notice that anything G1 or Masterpiece sells very easily on here. Other stuff like Movie toys or Unicron trilogy for example seems to be harder to offload.
