Looks like we're finally getting a new variant of this old but classic mould of G1 Optimus Prime!

In Eva Unit 01 Theme just like the masterpiece release and finally making onto the original G1 mode! :D

Very exciting! but looks like its only at pro-type stage right now?

Got inside info that to pre-order, you have to line up at the Evangelion World theme park gift shop in Japan (https://www.fujiq.jp/en/attraction/eva.html). Fans will be issued a numbered ticket (two if they're cosplaying). Toys will be issued based on randomly drawn ticket numbers, limited to 666 pieces.

I think they might be planning to release this as another cross promotion for the Rebuild of Evangelion 4.0 movie.

The MP release was done in collaboration for the 3.0 movie release.


but as above said, looks to be another exclusive item which can only by bought through middleman services :(

Damn it this is why I hate April 1st. But hey if they did make this I would buy it if it wasn't too expensive.
