First ever ebay problem (well apart from an international seller I bought some parts, being a bit difficult and sending the wrong items.:rolleyes:)
After years of getting parcels sent from overseas one went missing.
The guy was cool about it and offered a full refund, but waited a long time and I opened a dispute through paypal.
Almost instantly he replied and apparently refunded my money. I also go an email from paypal say the dispute was closed and confirmation of the refund.
In my paypal account it saying the dispute is still open and being reviewed by paypal. I have still not seen any signs of the refund since Friday. Is this normal, my payment was funded by a bank account. Thanks.
