PC seems to be one of the more popular online sites for OTCA members but looking at their "new items" thread, this seems to be cluttered with general questions about release dates and shipping queries so thought this could be a good place to ask these types of general questions. Now no guarantee that PC will drop by to answer them as the best way to ask them is still directly via their CS email or FB but OTCA members with more knowledge about these item queries can assist here.

I have found Twitter to be the best place to contact them, and you get a reasonably quick response. I have also contacted them via email, it was a little slower but my issue was sorted out.

Don't fall into the trap of leaving a question on this forum. This isnt the best way to contact them.

This exactly which is why this thread is for the general questions which seem to be prevalent in the "new items" thread. Pretty much all these questions are answered by helpful members so kinda like a FAQ of sorts for questions which do not belong in a thread where people are looking for info on new items to order. :)

This topic was started with good intentions, but Premium Collectables have asked for it to be closed (which I agree with), as they don't interact here much (they are not required to, as this is not their online store), and they don't want to have a second topic that they will not be monitoring, nor want speculations or second-hand information where they won't see it... as they will only be posting in their main dealer topic (http://www.otca.com.au/boards/showthread.php?t=20394), and that's totally up to them if they want to or have the time to do so.

As it has been noted in their main dealer topic, if you need to contact them or have a question (no matter how much it has been asked before), hit them up directly through their website or facebook page (not by PM here).
You can then quote what they have replied to you, if you think it is something that others would need to know.


may we ask this thread is canned, there is just no way we will get to check this thread enough to make it worthwhile and will lead to unofficial content and things that are not direct from us. we try as much as possible to keep the community informed via our own thread on otca.
