Platinum Edition Optimus Vs Megatron set at Myer

The Platinum Edition 2-pack "One Shall Stand, One Shall Fall", with the 2006 Classics Optimus & Megatron toys, has now been found at a couple of Myer stores, for $150.

This set has a red redeco of Megatron, and a redeco of Optimus with some translucent parts... with box art to commemorate their final battle in the 1986 Movie, as part of its 30th anniversary.

This will be one of the few Movie 20th anniversary sets we are likely to be getting in Australia.

Price point kills it for me. Most I'd pay would be $80-90

$100 would still be a fair price to pay for two Voyagers considering that the full RRP for a Voyager is $50. But yeah, this is definitely a 2 for the price of 3 deal. :rolleyes:

Surely that artwork is borderline illegal in how badly it misrepresents the contents in the package...!!! :eek:

And those are some ugly redecos. Maybe not as ugly as Goat-Poo MP Soundwave but they're definitely up there...
