It was only a matter of time before this was done. KFC

Looks fairly solid, I might actually grab him.

I am a bit skeptical about kfc quality in plastics as I do own some.
It looks okay but I am willing to leave my starsaber as it is.

Their plastic quality has improved I'd read somewhere. No idea where I read it though hahaha
I have MP Blitzwing of theirs ordered, and Octane too. Will see with those

I have their MP Blaster. Eavi.Metal line looks like they've left the bad old days behind.
I also have their Mugen Vox which is not good. I also suspect the original mold Mugen Scope isn't great either.
Their tapes are somewhere in the middle. Still a bit blocky and just passable but they seem to be the only game in town when it comes to 3rd party tapes

Still looks great though, I am just 50/50 about it atm.

I too will probably bite the bullet and purchase this but I can't help thinking that Takara will do their own version down the track. I have heard rumours about 2019?! I am assuming that is the 30th anniversary? If I also recall correctly, Star Saber comes with some form of built in clips, presumable for this in case they end up making it.

That's my thoughts too. Do I bite the bullet now? Or risk missing out entirely? Just look at Shockwave

Pre-ordered one, couldn't resist, as I never had the original Star Saber or Victory Leo, I jumped on Star Saber when it first got announce, so need this to complete the duo :P
Hoping the quality is on par with their latest offerings, the quality has been pretty good lately according to recent reviews

I still have my original set, nearly sold it off to raise cash in a hurry. Didn't end up finding a buyer so I held onto it. I wanted to use my pointe on the eventual Dirge preorder, but may just bite and use on this guy instead

Look at Leo my himself doesn't really wow me though. The combine mode is fine.

Probably in a Crash Hog review, I picked him up recently and he's a pretty solid hunk of plastic and some metal, not perfect but solid at least compared to what I have heard. He is the only KFC toy I have, though I do have some X-tranbot toys, and he's way more solid than them too, he even seems more solid than my friends Star Sabre too.
I'm also tempted by their Blitzwing if they can maintain this quality.

Tbh I prefer KFC Blitzwing design over the others, that's why I jumped.

Grapple mp probably put some brakes for this purchase.

This would be a toy that needs to be sturdy and well designed to fit the Star Saber base toy to work. I don't think KFC has proven to be consistent in that department so I would need to wait and see after release.
Also MP StarSaber is not exactly a polished toy, lots of loose joints in the elbows and shoulders.

Seems fairly popular, currently unavailable on PC. I was about to bite the bullet too. Hopefully I can find another source for cheap

Isn't TrU selling Star Saber for $199?

Finally got my Simba from PC. For anyone who is getting him, you may need to loosen the 4 top screws in the shins. They are slightly too tight to extend his legs. He looks great

I quite like him. He is a solid figure. KFC figures these days are actually fairly good

Sounds like a good add on for starsaber.
