Shown off at the recent UK convention, Roll Out Roll Call, is a redeco Gen1 Scorponok toy (http://news.tfw2005.com/2016/08/30/previously-unknown-g1-scorponok-color-scheme-324111), in some odd colours that wouldn't look out of place during the European Gen1.5 era...

If this had been revealed a few years ago, I think it would have been homaged by the Collector Club by now.

How awesome is it that even after 30 years, stuff like this can still pop up out of nowhere and surprise us. :)

My first thought about this guy was 'OMG that is Giant Decepticon Warrior!' but alas, the colours are off.

I don't think I would have purchased the reissue if it were in these colours. I'm glad they went to Green and Purple.

It is really cool that after all this time we are still coming across items like this as a fandom.

I think it looks great. Nothing will surpass G1 Scorponok in his original colours. But I dig the garishness of this. Any ideas on what this will sell for?

I guess that means there's no chance of seeing it as a $25k eBay auction.
