Finished up the report on the fourth Giant Burger from last weekend, and also covered the Cheeseburger side-dishes and Hottest Burger.
Go here to the main page:
http://www.otca.com.au/burger.html
and work your way from there.

The final figures for the fourth burger:
- 11kgs.
- 30cm tall and in diameter.
- $98 worth of ingredients.
- over 4 hours to prepare.
- and over 2 weeks to burn off the calories... :p

The English Language hasn't yet invented the right words to describe your Masterpieces... :)

Cheeseburger Pies sound pretty nice to me Griff, but that giant hamburger looks like it could kill you, either by being eaten, or by falling on you...

I'd love to see what you could make if you had access to a Restaurant or Hotel kitchen.

The cheeseburger pies were interesting. They were just like eating a cheeseburger, but with a crispy top. :)

It actually wasn't that "greasy". The big burger was dripping yes, but that was more from the sauce and natural meat juices.

Plus it was hard (well for me anyway), to eat that much to worry about such things.

Out of that cut taken, I struggled with eating just half of the slice taken out, bottom layer (first patty), only.

It was a lot of food. The pictures don't do it justice in size, eating it (trying to), sure did.

for the first time, that burger makes me sick! but as I read and scroll through the pictures, I'm getting more hungry!

It's quite scary that it looks as big as some of your heads!

You could have made it shine by putting it into an industrial deep fryer and it would also help to give it a few more of the weight building calories.
