Michael Bay has announced (http://news.tfw2005.com/2017/04/03/michael-bay-invites-chinese-fans-vote-10th-anniversary-gala-location-336705) that China will host a 10th Anniversary event for the Movies later this year, and has given Chinese fans the opportunity to vote on the location, from five cities.
Depending on when this is on, and if there is enough notice (the CybertronCon last year in Shanghai had only 4 weeks from announcement to the event), this might be something worth keeping in mind for anyone looking to visit China later in the year.

As the takings in America keep falling with each Transformers Movie, Asia continues to be the market he is looking to expand in, to make up the lost revenue.
Suffice it to say, I'd be surprised if Australia ever gets any special treatment again, as we are pretty much maxed out now, and further investment here wouldn't increase return by much, if at all.

The winning city has been announced (http://news.tfw2005.com/2017/04/20/anniversary-celebration-details-transformers-last-knight-release-date-china-337529) - Guangzhou, in Guangdong province... from 6 million votes.

The date(s) hasn't yet been announced, but sounds like it could be around the time of the 5th Movie, which will be on June the 23rd in China.

Just be aware that the news posting at that link has an unverified quote that claims to be about the plot of the movie, and if it is true, it would be a major spoiler.

If this venue is true I wonder how easy it will be to go across and attend, and if non-Chinese fans will be allowed/welcome (Cybertroncon wasn't designed for non-mainland Chinese fans at all as many of the freebies required mainland only apps, etc). It's not very far from HK so I'd happily do a day trip over for it if it is accessible and has some interesting stuff like Cybertroncon did.
