The Ape and Dragon modes look like articulated copies of the G1 versions.

I think it's very lazy of them to have not bothered to realign the main cockpit for snapdragon to allow the headmaster to sit in the front cockpit.

I dunno, as a big fan of the original toys, I really like how similar these are, seeing as how all MP style toys trade in nostalgia. Also I've yet to see a company push the envelope on G1 robot beast modes. These are in keeping with DX9's sixshot, Fanstoys Weirdwolf and FansHobby's monster bots.

So I'm keen, but they will need to fix the QC issues that reportedly plague Ditka.

It's the tiny forearms on Apeface. It was excusable on the G1 version because G1. But I had hoped that a MP version would do something to make them a bit more proportional to the rest of the ape. And as for the dragon, well, that thing has always looked terrible.

Hopefully MakeToys show us theirs soon. It will no doubt be an all round better figure, if less G1 accurate.
