The Australian Happy Meal toys that we got around February this year, are on offer in Malaysia (https://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/new-mcdonalds-happy-meal-robots-in-disguise-toys-in-malaysia/37989/)... minus Drift.
In the comments section, they were out in Dubai in March as well.
