This copy on youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GyCujMv8muQ) sounds like it was just copied from someone's TV as you can hear the audience in the background.

It features Cogman (smaller than an adult human), Hotrod (we finally hear him speak), and an unknown tank Transformer.
It also has Anthony Hopkins doing a fair bit of talking, and he is definitely putting in a good performance... it's just the script that (expectantly) lets him down. (duuuude?)

Hopefully there will be an official version put up soon that doesn't have the audience noise at the start.

EDIT - another trailer featuring Anthony Hopkins (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LVZhsL3vV8M) was also released as well, expanding on the previous promos that Transformers have been present throughout major historical events.

There was extended (& less poorly edited) version of this scene shown at the IMAX Event.

Trying to rationalise all of this historical plot devices of this movie... and it just adds more contradictions to Bay's Transformers universe.
If they have been here all this time, why were they so new to the planet when they arrived in 2007, and Sector 7 hadn't come across them before.
Plus, why is Optimus in the past sporting his TF4 (2014 onwards) robot mode (the small bronze statue of him holding a sword (http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/attachments/img_1147-png.27722765/) that you see as the "cover image" of that youtube video), and why haven't we seen any sign of Ironhide, Jazz or Ratchet in the scenes that were in the past... instead we only see the Autobots who arrived on Earth after Optimus put out the call in 2007 to make this their new home (because they weren't there in 2007).
It's like, when Jazz, Ironhide, and Ratchet were killed in present day (in TF1, TF3 and TF4), they were erased from history as well.

A new movie poster was released to instagram (https://www.seibertron.com/transformers/news/new-poster-for-transformers-the-last-knight-they-have-been-here-forever/38058/) to go with the theme of the new "Historical" trailer.

Another historical movie poster has been released (http://news.tfw2005.com/2017/05/10/new-bumblebee-wwii-mode-revealed-via-transformers-last-knight-poster-338672), with Bumblebee in WW2 (the car that transformed in the nazi compound in the trailer).

Plus, some of the historical artwork in background of the trailer has been shown off by the Transformers Twitter (http://news.tfw2005.com/2017/05/10/transformers-last-knight-history-images-338665), giving us a look at some robots throughout time... including Ironhide, which answers one of my concerns.
