The images on TFW is the one in this topic, but they refer back to the movie ticket redeco... so I'm not sure if it is the same toy that will be available at both sources, or a different toy between the two.

The link in our topic's first post is for a 7-11 exclusive, that notes that it doesn't include a movie ticket... so maybe it is the same toy, but they want people to realise that their promotion is not related to the movie ticket promotion.

Never mind.... a little further on the TFW topic says that it is indeed two different promotions, but the same toy (http://7net.omni7.jp/general/005101/170428transformers)... both at 7-11 in Japan.

Speaking of Japanese exclusive Voyager Optimus... while researching this topic, I found that the regular Voyager Optimus toy (Hasbro wave 1 toy) was exclusive to ToysRUs in Japan in April (https://www.toysrus.co.jp/s/dsg-574737600), released when the first 8 Movie toys were released in Japan.

That is very unusual, as it could mean that Japan doesn't get the new Voyager Optimus toy... or it could just mean that TRU JP have this deco as an exclusive, but when the main toyline hits Japan closer to the Movie (it doesn't screen there until August 4th), they will have a better colour deco Optimus, or just release the Leader sized one to regular retail.
(but to be honest - if TakaraTomy were to have just one of the two first wave Voyagers released to all retailers and one as a ToysRUs exclusive, they should have had the new mould Optimus go to all retailers and TRU get the TF4 redeco Grimlock)
