I wonder if it is legit, as it looks too clean for a scan, and has on it "Transformers Tribute"... which I guess could be a new store exclusive line aimed at fans by doing the more obscure characters we would usually see from FunPub.

If it's true then it's not a bad way to reuse both the Kup and PMOP's Titan Master moulds. :)

Actually I don't mind that mold as Orion Pax ... definitely prefer the TT mold for Kup

It's so odd they put a picture of Movie Optimus Prime on the box even though it's just another WFC Optimus Prime. Weird.

I'm speculating this might be a Target exclusive.

Probably. Could also be called "Barrelroller (http://tfwiki.net/wiki/File:Barrelroller_g1.jpg)". That was the name of the targetmaster that was packed with the eHobby exclusive.
