I always see these promotions when it's too late. I don't see emails about it so pretty much every time I just get frustrated at eBay for having a deal for a few hours when I'm unable to do anything about it.

I put a couple of MPs in my basket about 5 minutes before the offer expired (to replace the ones I don't think I'll be getting from That Store That Won't Be Named) but I just couldn't pull the trigger.
