Generations Thrilling 30 Springer

Hi, I've got a thrilling 30 Springer whose head pops off whenever I transform him, the crest and the sides of his helmet seem to catch on the hood when I go to a vehicle mode.

Any ideas on what to do about it?

Just pulled mine off the shelf an had a look at mine...you should tilt the head forward first and then lift the chest up and over the head and feed the head through...there not a lot of space there so I can see the where the problem lies...good luck

Definitely the head tilted and a bit of luck.

I actually snapped off one of the rear wings but luckily where it snapped I was able to superglue it back on and it has been fine ever since.
