Have a look at the TFwiki page for FoC Quake - he's the spitting image of Megatron.
Repainted a WFC Megatron, sprinkled a few cyberglow stickers from Reprolabels and jammed a TR Quake head on. The neckpiece was remarkably resistant to drilling, so I ended up using my soldering gun to melt a hole into it for the titan master.

Wow - he was on my 'this toy shouda been made' list from that game (along with Dinobots, Slipstream, Arcee, Trypticon etc etc).
