Looks like a simple repaint of Air Raid with Blast Off's head, but the head socket was too big for the head peg. I cut the original peg off, found a replacement one from a movie deluxe Brawl and installed a small screw into the peg. I then cut the end of the screw off and screwed it into the combiner port.
I may have screwed it in too far - the port now can't rotate around. Later on I may try fix it.
