Voyager Scorn shoulder roatation piece not working.

Hey guys, I got a voyager Scorn today as a gift and after about 20 minutes of trying to transform it into it's dino mode and not getting his tail to line up. I noticed that the grey piece on the inside of his shoulder that is meant to rotate when you turn the tail to move it into place to peg in for dino mode. doesn't move at all. is there a way I can fix this? or will I have to somehow try and return it and hope I can find a new one?

I thought mite was defective too. There is a trick to it. To make the inner gray piece move you have to pull away from the pin. Kinda hard to explain, but watch emgo's review on youtube on where to hold the tail and the same for the other arm.

Thanks graza. It took a little more force than I felt comfortable with. But I got the tail to move into place. The other shoulder moves fine.
