Just incase you're wondering how I made the waist swivel, it's not perfect as it pops out when I transform him from car to robot. You'll notice in the "disembowled" photo that the hands have been swapped- that black plastic is waxy and difficult to cut through and I suspect that it may not take paint easily.

Seeing as it's unlikely we'll get a warrior class Ratchet here I made my own using the legion Ratchet and legion Heatseeker. I primed the figure with rustoleum white, I've never used white before - it's a pain - will probably strip it all back and start again :\

I trimmed the, "forked" bull bar and headlights back for a, "friendlier" look.

White is a pain, especially hand brushing. The trick is many (I mean seriously lots and lots and lots) of very thin layers. It gets the best results but takes AGES, heaps of patience required.

But good job, nonetheless.

Thanks, my problem with white was other colours transferring, in particular red.
