Just added reissue Legends (Generations Titan) Megatroplex, which I totally forgot/missed is being reissued as a TakaraTomy exclusive (http://www.otca.com.au/boards/showthread.php?t=24644), under a different product number.
It was originally released in Japan in September 2013 as TG23, but will be reissued January 27th as LG-EX (http://takaratomymall.jp/shop/g/g4904810963714/).
As with most TTM exclusives, it looks to be released in Asia as well.

Don't know about that one specifically. But Takara's CQ will often open a sealed item to inspect/fix an issue. Lots of people had double taped items from Takara in 2016. (I guess they had a bad year for QC that year)

As noted in the HLJ Dealer topic, the January items have been released, which includes the two Masterpiece reissues and the three Legends toys (Clones, Blitzwing, Overlord).

It also includes some photos of a super-sized Overlord figure, made from two Overlord toys, or with a Skyshadow in place of the second Overlord toy.
This combiner feature is probably more of a fan-mode idea, that the fan-artist who does the Legends mini-comics (http://news.tfw2005.com/2018/01/26/takara-lg-60-manga-bio-card-scans-new-overlord-combined-mode-357283) probably added in after playing with a couple of Overlord toys... as it doesn't appear to be an officially documented mode by either Hasbro or TakaraTomy (unless someone posts up scans of the JP Overlord instructions and this combined mode is actually in there).

Yeah... it's seems like the main fansites don't see this reissue as news-worthy, as it seems that the box is the only thing different.
A person on TFW has been posting up various tweeted photos from post #153 of their Metroplex reissue discussion topic (http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/threads/takara-tomy-metroplex-reissue.1118240/page-8#post-15441711) (go there and scroll down for various photo postings).
It sounds like it might have a new mini-comic... but I haven't seen any full scans yet. I have the original release Metroplex, but can't find the mini-comic (if it had one), to check if this one has a new comic.

I dont think the first released takara gen metroplex has a mini comic. Seems it just started with the LG series which the new rebranded Metro should have.

The release date has now been added to the TTM link for Greatshot in the first post - March 31st.

Barricade is still not known, other than it is supposed to come out in April. (it hasn't been listed on the main JP online stores that I check)

Barricade is out now in Hong Kong according to RK and Robotoybase. He appears to be a TRU Exclusive so maybe that's why the JP retailers haven't listed him.

Honestly no comparison I've seen between the Hasbro and Takara versions of MPM-03 and 04 have made me think I need Takara over Hasbro or vice-versa. I'm just getting whatever version of Barricade I can.
