The first one (Tie Advanced / Darth Vader) isn't out yet (comes out in March), and it was part of the March JP toys topic (http://www.otca.com.au/boards/showthread.php?t=24812)... but the second one (Millennium Falcon / Han & Chewbacca) has now had coloured images leaked (http://news.tfw2005.com/2018/01/29/star-wars-powered-transformers-millennium-falcon-color-images-357422), showing us both modes and the two figurines with it.
The release date for the Falcon is yet to be revealed.

HLJ has just listed the Millenium Falcon on their site with official images (https://hlj.com/product/TKT97495/Act), for a June release, at a price somewhere between AU$140-180.

A promo video of the Millenium Falcon toy(s) is on the TakaraTomy website (http://www.takaratomy.co.jp/products/starwars/cat37/#transformers_movie02), and there was also an interview with one of the designers (http://news.tfw2005.com/2018/02/21/takara-tomy-designer-takahiko-shirai-interview-star-wars-powered-transformers-millennium-falcon-359852).

It looks like the second Star Wars toy is now out in Japan (Millenium Falcon / Han & Chewbacca), and a nice gallery of photos can be seen here (http://news.tfw2005.com/2018/06/22/takara-tomy-star-wars-powered-by-transformers-millennium-falcon-packaging-and-in-hand-images-366073).
There's some nice sculpting on the spaceship mode, but like the first version of this toy concept, I think the robot modes and heads are the less impressive elements.
