This was originally an Armada Downshift, which I had started to turn into a Windcharger years ago but gave up on. He has a waist swivel because I wanted to be able to turn the legs around, like my Siren custom, but I decided to keep the legs as is because it looked like he had parachute pants.

The head is modelled on the IDW version and is a repainted Vortex head.

I think you may have meant Energon Downshift. :)

That looks absolutely awesome, and passes well for Tailgate. Can I ask how you did the eyes? It could just be shadow, but there looks like there is a slight black border around the eyes which frames it nicely and sets it off from the face. Did you do a black undercoat, or just a really tiny brush? I can never pull off such fine detail

Thanks for the comment. The border around the eyes is on the original face: I just painted the visor.
