IDW returns to the Movie Universe with a prequel comic to the upcoming Bumblebeee movie, to be released really early, in June (http://news.tfw2005.com/2018/03/21/transformers-bumblebee-movie-prequel-comic-book-idw-361072). (I guess it might have been planned and scheduled for the original release of the movie in that month)
Just be aware that the following synopsis could be a spoiler for the Movie itself, if this has any bearing on the type of story we will see on-screen... or it could be completely unrelated, with maybe a few tiny Easter Eggs thrown in that aren't vital for the Movie itself (so that you won't need to read this to watch the movie, and therefore, won't have anything too major to spoil the movie six months later).
It says issue one, so will probably be four issues... but could be six if they are wanting to have it released monthly and have it conclude just as the Movie is being released.
