A Chinese company called Leyou had a recent investor call that a studio it partially owns called Certain Affinity which is based in Texas is working a game called "Transformers Online". Details are very preliminary so don't get your hopes up for a AAA Transformers game and also don't take the picture in the article as any type of conformation of setting.
This is a possible indicator that Activision is not going to renew its license for Transformers games that expired last year.
