I'm a newbie to ozformers so cut me some slack if I use some terminology incorrectly! Anyhow, last week I finally managed to pickup a g2 orange devastator complete!

It also came with 3 spares (a broken hook, longhaul and scrapper with a couple of parts) and a ton of other g1 and g2 figs for $260AU - sorry abt the image quality but there's a heaps of figs in there that are hard to make out like a complete g2 bruticus and dinobots and a lot of accessories.

Having recently sold my entire G1 Collection, the G2 AFA prime is the last misb vintage item I have left. I spent months looking for this thing. Not home right now to give you the registered number but it scored AFA80NM. Second highest graded (of 4 existing g2 afa primes out there) but someone out there has an 85. Damn him! Simply wanted g2 afa prime bc no one wants to sell their g1 afa's...plus there's like 80-100+ of them in number.

Yep indeed I will be selling off pretty much everything in the pics except for a few things. Unfortunately the spare orange hook is missing the legs and the scrapper is missing the hood but it comes with a few parts for long haul. Even the other hook in that pic (that I'm keeping) is broken. I've spent the past 3 months hunting for a loose g2 complete orange devy so if you need help, I can pretty much get you well on your way to owning one.

Hook and the small orange accessories are the bastards that don't want to be found though. Someone else has pmed me already abt it, but he hasn't replied.

Received a bunch of stuff in the mail from unicron today.
I got Energon Arceee, Strongarm and Skyblast, and Armada Wheeljack.
I always liked Wheeljack character wise. I Like that he felt betrayed by the Autobots and swapped sides, and he looks good with the scar, but the toy is a bit weak, kind of disappointing, but the Energon figures are better then I thought they would be so I am happy over all.

I absolutely have to agree with you on canada post. In my opinion they are one of the most overpriced carriers around. Once I had to get a G1 box flattened and shipped via a packet, as opposed to a box because the shipping cost for the box was unreal.

Canada Post used to be cheaper than USPS, back when they had Economy Post. I got my Gobot Prime from Canada, too, griffin - and I know what a ****** he can be to actually get your hands on. The black area that the symbol is located on rotates to switch symbols (similar to Blitzwing's faces). I think it's just that in that photo KC99 hasn't positioned it perfectly and thus it looks a bit like a bad paint app.

US$90 buy-it-now. It was the first BIN item, since forever, that was actually dropped when relisted. Everyone else seems to have the TRU mentality and relist their 30 day BIN items at the same price or higher, month after month. I've watched items for almost a year, with no reduction in price.
Optimus and Megatron 'spychangers' are fairly rare, and hardly ever go for under US$100 these days, so grabbing this one when it was reduced by US$30 made the overpriced shipping feel a little less severe.

I totally agree with you on Yella' Ratchet (maybe his unofficial name could be pi$$ Ratchet :D) and there really is no justifiable reasoning for Hasbro producing a translucent Lockdown (except profit) but the question needs to be asked - If you feel that way about them, Why buy them in the first place? :confused:

Ratchet is hideous. Stealth Lockdown looks great. I remember when we first saw test shots of him, he had some weird opaque white bits. It looks like those didn't make it to the final release?

Nice work TPN. I'm jealous of the TFC's. I'd love to get all of those too, but they're just too pricey, but they're the ultimate reissues in my opinion.

If people had that mentality 25 years ago we wouldl not have as many Vintage figures today to choose from. I am sure a lot of people hated Micros and Action Masters or even the minibot repaints. Imagine if they had been thrown away in the garbage like that?

Its like denying someone a toy and making it harder for future collectors to get that toy.

Starscream and Ratchet are the highlights of the Activators range. They are close to perfect except for some kibble in the alt mode. Otherwise the proportions are perfect and just excellent examples of the line. Get them!

Just got Stealth Lockdown and Butter Ratchet (+ the 4 Legends) a couple of days ago. Saw Sideswipe and Bluestreak and was so dissapointed I couldn't find Ironhide that I left them on the shelf.

Starscream and Ratchet are the highlights of the Activators range. They are close to perfect except for some kibble in the alt mode. Otherwise the proportions are perfect and just excellent examples of the line. Get them!

Finally arrived! My G1 + G2 large lot from NZ! Highlights include a complete orange g2 devy + spares, complete g2 dinobots, complete g2 prime + g1 magnus + heaps of other random stuff for $270AU. Box was HUGE! $37 registered post from QLD to VIC :eek: Couldn't transform devastator properly! Forgot how to get long haul onto the leg connector piece. This thing was always tough for me. Tips anyone?

Thanks to zippo I'll be getting a few more orange constructicons (so there's all 6 + a few accessories to make a 2nd orange devastator) and these will be up for grabs next week (along with most of the others) if digger isn't interested. I'll put up a sale thread in a week.

Also, the last pic with the small figures + some random accessories...anyone know what these are or who they belong to? There's also a set of 4 KO superion + defensors but these were included as an extra - they weren't in the original auction listing. I'm happy to give these away if anyone here enjoys working on customs or the like :)

Both figures are highly recommended. Get it as its the best deluxe in each of the series so far.

First, Cyclonus Universe Classic 2.0 (Hasbro) - colour is not so bad. Joints are tight unlike the Galvatron. Overall, its better made.

Yeh a $120 custom fee as I forgot to let Kyle know to under value. Since learnt he wouldn't anyway. Would have been cheaper to get 8 parcels sent to New Zealand rather than the one I got.. Oh well, you learn from these mistakes.

We don't know how New Zealand custom works. Suggestion for future: you can work out which way would be cheaper, and let us know before hand whether you would like us to pack your items together or separately. We were perfectly happy to post (eg. the Melbourne kits) to each individual address separately, and we did. Even though it costed my friend and me a lot more. Postage was US $15.90 for each kit, and US $26.50 for two posted together. (The US $13 "I" quoted for the late comers was a mistake.)

Someone in melbourne got a good "finding" yesterday.....

My GF bought me Universe Stormcloud from Northland's Toy Kingdom on her lunch break... and while distracted it "vanished" from under her table. :mad:

So yesterday "I" got stormcloud for the grand old price of $100!!!! (I got the second off the shelf on my way home, so 2 x $50) and the 3 new SW:TF's too!
