I am currently doing a Sprocket custom and I thought it would be fun to do a live stream of a part of the process, specifically creating the head.

It isn't without its flaws, anything live is going to be tricky. To be honest, I'll probably create the piece all over again to make it better - it was tricky to work with a camera between me and the thing I'm making. Overall, was a bit of fun.

Another thing though - I thought the video would go for about 30-60 minutes, and it went for close to 100. So its a long one.

I cover some scratch building and resin casting. If that takes your fancy, and you have access to Facebook, head over here (https://www.facebook.com/MsToyCustoms/videos/283239339197048/?__tn__=kC-R&eid=ARDECJr6jFNp_ZyH6eMlKTNhLp3QqBSb5wRpDCoJhgEf0c UntxbSQT3Dzf749u1zejVyBmRLgi4pKnb7&hc_ref=ARTc4_6jwFVYweFeljimU7r0IpN3kGxeKFTCPVix826 mYC8Bd-ZRBkusJmiat6b7eGQ&__xts__[0]=68.ARDD3odpMMRSW6vjzc9m3WHqRLVZma7bKCPY2T0dmUghNN JILNNEFwrWh-r8iBEkaB0jL6-vCKDyE5sxEah_LmqLMdkWKlKl6H4BocZON6AZTzhU12_pp7DhY gH2xAWESBWlYhibVAm5oRdHzT1WjioONOgjf1fpwM5h64Qd2w9 B-0vJeWlD) to check it out.

I watched/listened during work. It was nice to see how you do things.

There was a number of people who ducked in and out for the duration. It was good to have you! Hope you didn’t catch any of the boring bits.:o;)

That feeling when you’ve made Sprocket’s head - TWICE cos the first one wasn’t good enough - and video taped it both times, and then check your references and realise you’ve made it in black and his head is actually meant to be white...:(

Redone it in white now. I’ll paint it up and post some pics for y’all.

Sprocket's head. Not particularly happy, it's a little too long.and I left a few details under the styrene visor (which still needs to be trimmed at the back), and I think that makes it look a bit weird. Actually, now I don't know what I was trying to achieve by leaving extra stuff above the face. I'm going to trim it out.

Anyway, for those that didn't watch the video, it's resin cast from the top of a POTP Jazz head (top half) and a Titan Master Loudmouth (bottom half), a styrene visor and eye cover.

Heres most of the rest of the pieces of Sprocket, ready for reassembly after painting.
