Back in July (http://news.tfw2005.com/2017/07/13/transformers-nezha-crossover-coming-soon-343848), it was mentioned that there might be a new Transformers series in China that appeared to be a crossover with the Monkey King universe, called Transformers Nezha.
Now it has been confirmed to be a cartoon and toyline in 2019 (http://news.tfw2005.com/2018/12/03/more-info-on-transformers-nezha-animated-series-and-a-rumored-toy-list-377885)... but again, just for China (and possibly not to be released in Hasbro's Asian countries, as Hasbro have been trying to court the Chinese market since Age of Extinction with cross-promotions in the big Movies and exclusive computer games & apps... and now, their own exclusive cartoon & toyline).

Transformers: Nezha – Scout Assortment
Transformers: Nezha – Warrior Assortment
Transformers: Nezha – Spark Armour 1
Transformers: Nezha – Ultra Assortment
Transformers: Nezha – Nezha
Transformers: Nezha – Spark Armour 2
Transformers: Nezha – 3 Pack
Transformers: Nezha – Ultimate Assortment
Transformers: Nezha – Spark Armour 3

If this ends up being a good toy series, it's time to find some friends in China...

I was never able to track down a JD Red Knight Chinese exclusive, and so few hit eBay. I really hope that some Chinese eBay sellers pop up for them.

This is still yet to begin in China, but word has come from Hasbro America (https://news.tfw2005.com/2019/05/01/transformers-nezha-to-debut-later-this-year-might-release-globally-387690) that the cartoon and toys should be out by the end of the year (in China), but there is a possibility that the cartoon and toys could see a release outside of China... but it doesn't sound too likely.

My China trips will likely be over towards the end of the year, which is a shame. I could have helped pick some up for everyone.

Still waiting on this series to hit TV screens and toyshops in China, it has been found that the cartoon should end up being (https://news.tfw2005.com/2019/11/06/transformers-nezha-episode-count-and-running-time-revealed-400158) 52 episodes, but at the new standard length of 11 minutes each.

Looking at those toy listings they sound a lot like Cyberverse Power of the Spark armour figures, maybe they'll be repaints of some of the stuff that's already been released?

It will be interesting to see if Hasbro in China recycle those Cyberverse toys in some way (or any existing toys, to save a fair bit of money, particularly if they haven't been officially released in China before).

From Twitter comes two very blurry photos (https://news.tfw2005.com/2019/11/14/transformers-x-nezha-figures-revealed-400610) of our first look at three of the toys for this toyline - it looks like a 3-pack of Legends sized toys.
The three characters are Nezha, Lei Zhenzi, and Tu Xingsun, which appear to turn into vehicles (no alt-mode photo yet).

It looks like Nezha will be going into some brickplay! (No that's not something dirty, its a real word!)

Pictures are surfaces on brick4.com of Optimus, Megatron, Bumblebee and WINDBLADE all bricked up lego-style. Windblade' inclusion seems to be novel, as well as the traditional inclusion of Optimus/Bumblebee. So maybe its going to be a mish-mash of traditional and non-traditional characters?

Hasbro taking another run at Kreo? Looks like the majority of characters will be recycled from Cyberverse except for a few unique characters.

The promo video that was found on facebook here (https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=289958155253813) (a bit blurry, so a proper version should be somewhere as well), makes it look like this series is set in the Cyberverse universe, or just uses the designs of the Cyberverse cartoon characters... which will allow Hasbro to sell the existing Cyberverse toys in China under this packaging label.

And more images of the first toy (Nezha) from a Chinese website (https://detail.tmall.com/item.htm?spm=a1z10.1-b-s.w5003-22329714874.1.770d12520Obxlu&id=609916195953&scene=taobao_shop) that has a Hasbro outlet on it were some were mirrored here (https://news.tfw2005.com/2019/12/12/nezha-x-transformers-hero-character-action-figure-official-images-402028), in case they disappear.

The promo video appears to show the human characters morphing into robots, while the first toy comes with a human figurine to go inside the robot version of itself, so maybe they create these robot avatars that they control (like Nebulan Headmasters).

I can't find a release date anywhere, but might be soon if this first toy is being listed (which google-translate suggests it being an early promo/preview toy).

Someone in China has tweeted a photo of that first Nezha toy in packaging (https://news.tfw2005.com/2019/12/12/nezha-x-transformers-nezha-transforming-figure-in-package-image-402039), so maybe it really is an advance promo/preview toy that was already being sold on that Chinese website in the post above.

From images that were posted on the Weibo website in China, is the Nezha toy out of packaging and in both mode (https://news.tfw2005.com/2019/12/13/nezha-x-transformers-power-up-pack-in-hand-images-402275)s.

I don't feel like we're really missing anything here.

Another item from the Chinese exclusive Nezha line has surfaced - a construction set that builds the robot mode of Optimus, resembling his form in TFPrime.

A number of sources have just posted up images (https://news.tfw2005.com/2020/05/16/xiaomi-china-store-exclusive-nezha-x-transformers-optimus-prime-building-brick-toy-images-411434), so it must have only just been released over there.
It is said to be a store exclusive over there, to Xiaomi. The completed model looks to be about Leader sized, so it is pretty big, and has a lot of parts.

Two more of the build sets have been revealed (https://news.tfw2005.com/2020/06/09/xiaomi-onebot-nezha-x-transformers-bumblebee-and-megatron-brick-build-figures-412609) - Bumblebee and Megatron - and we get to see the size of them next to some people.
The construction set can build both modes, but they don't transform between modes.
