How does gst get charged on low value imports?

Hi i ordered some things from nonnef productions and i was wondering how you pay the gst on these items before it is delivered

So if anyone knows the process that im about to go though it would be interesting to know

The GST is collected by the seller. If the seller doesn't collect it then you will have avoided the GST. Customs does not check low value items as far as I'm aware.
